Kim Parlato studied botany and plant ecology at NMU and CMU, and became a Master Gardener in 2004. Since then, Kim has taught garden design and plant science classes for various programs. Kim had her own landscape gardening business in the area for several years. Most recently, her Crescent Street garden was featured in the 2018 Marquette Beautification Committee’s Garden Tour.
